About Jeff

Living in Wilmington, DE and working in Philadelphia for the past +15 years, I've made a home in the Northeast.


Interesting place to land for someone that spent much of his youth moving from place to place, East to West, North to South, and beyond to Europe; only to eventually land in the mountains of North Carolina where I called Appalachian State University home for my college years. 

Rolling down the mountain to Charlotte, NC, I embarked on my professional career journey: first in public relations, then hospitality, and eventually in banking and credit cards where I cut my teeth in call centers, customer service, and reporting & analytics. With a breadth of experiences under my belt, I found my way to Comcast where I've spent the last +15 years in operations, supply chain, customer experience, and technology.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to be part of some pretty amazing projects, product launches, and technology implementations. But what I've enjoyed the most are the people I've met and worked with through the years. No business is bigger than the people that show up every day to move it forward. My greatest career successes have been possible only because of the great work of the teams I've helped build and the culture we've created together. 

As an executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, supply chain, technology, organizational development, and customer experience, I find myself constantly looking for those opportunities where I can add more value, drive meaningful change, and continue to learn and grow as a leader. 

So far, it's been a great run.
